E&M Job Fair: KLM E&M recruits technicians
KLM Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) is busy recruiting technical talent. Our goal is to attract as many as 200-250 (qualified) technicians by 2025. This is a key focus point within our E&M battles (Enough skilled people) and is also an important part of our ‘Back on Track’ improvement programme, in which we focus on bringing our operational network capacity up to standard.
To realise this ambition, we have joined forces with team Sourcing, Recruitment and several other departments within KLM E&M. Together, we are organising a low-threshold event where potential candidates can get to know KLM as a technical employer. This is how the E&M Job Fair originated.

On Saturday 30th November from 10:00 to 18:00, you are welcome in Building 133 to join us for our job fair.
The E&M Job Fair will take place in Building 133 on Saturday 30th November from 10:00 to 18:00. The event is specially designed to attract and enthuse outside technical staff for a career at KLM E&M. Visitors will have the chance to get acquainted with various departments through various stands, including electrical, mechanical and logistics.
