New house style available for Office programs
In more and more instances, you see documents being adapted to the new KLM house style. Many colleagues who work with Office programs such as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint can now also work with the new house style.
Font For both Outlook email and Word, you can use the Arial font in font size 10pt. For PowerPoint, the new KLM Univers Sans font is used, which you automatically download with the slide builder for KLM slides (see also PowerPoint below).

Email signature Your email signature is as important as any other part of our KLM house style. It may seem fun to create a signature with animations, colourful fonts and personalised text, but it is simply not appropriate when it comes to conveying a professional image. It makes more sense to have a consistently simple, clear signature. This is professional for all recipients while also providing instant brand recognition for KLM. All KLM employees are urged to use the same layout for their email signature. In this manner, we can all contribute towards creating the same look and feel. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Word In Microsoft Word, you can change the font to Arial 10pt. Various templates have also been created for you to use. Examples here include memos, digital stationery or a blank page containing the KLM logo. You’ll find these templates via Brix (office/ internal communications) in Folder 12.
PowerPoint You can now download a slide builder to create KLM presentations in PowerPoint. You can install it via the software centre. To do so, use this manual. You can then download specially designed KLM slides that can be added under the slide builder heading in the PowerPoint menu. From now on, you can build your KLM presentations in this manner. E&M logos New KLM E&M logos can be found via our general Brix and variants of E&M’s logos (e.g. in combination with AFI KLM E&M) can be found via our AFI KLM E&M Brix.
