Last month, we published an article highlighting the importance of the TOP Conversation - a valuable opportunity for you and your manager to reflect on your development goals and career ambitions. To make this process even smoother, a refreshed and enhanced TOP form will be available from 1st January!

What can you do now?

2. Plan your TOP conversation: Did you know that your manager should schedule a TOP conversation with you at least once a year? But you can also take the initiative and contact them to agree on a date and time.
