Each year, KLM selects five days that coincide with existing holidays and days with lower work pressure. KLM E&M assigns partially different days compared to the company-wide KLM KV days. Below is an overview:

KV days for CS and ES For production-related day shift employees of CS and day shift employees of ES, half of the employees will be assigned the first set of KV days and the other half will be assigned the second set of KV days. Employees will be informed later about which set they are assigned to.

For the production employees of Component Repair, the KV days will be distributed throughout the year by management, in accordance with the established rules and fitting the workload profile of the shops.
