‘See It, Say It’ Now Easier and Faster

On August 18th, a new version of the “See It, Say It” app for Engineering & Maintenance will be launched. The old version will no longer work after September 1st. The new app is more user-friendly, making it even easier to report issues. Please note that, from September 1st, the old version of ‘See It, Say It’ can no longer be used. Also be aware that, after this date, open reports in the old system will no longer be accessible.

At KLM, we are committed to creating a safe working environment together. To support this, we are introducing a brand-new See It, Say It app for all employees, enabling you to quickly and easily report (potentially) unsafe situations. With this app, which is accessible via the web and via iPads managed by KLM, you can contribute to safety improvements throughout our organization.

Why Use See It, Say It? Unsafe situations or incidents can happen anywhere. Reporting these situations helps to:

  • Prevent future incidents.
  • Provide valuable insights for improving safety.
  • Ensure your report is handled confidentially and efficiently.

How Does It Work? See It, Say It makes reporting simple:

  • Quick and easy: Answer a few short questions and describe the situation in your own words in the “What happened?” field.
  • Smart technology: The app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze reports and automatically adds relevant details (such as information about buildings or personnel) from other systems. This ensures your report is accurate and useful, while minimizing the effort required.
  • Targeted follow-up: Additional questions are displayed dynamically based on your input, so only the necessary details are collected for further analysis.

All reports are treated confidentially, and the information is used to identify risks, address issues, and improve safety.
