Radj's Recap

In some parts of the world, summer is slowly giving way to autumn, while elsewhere spring is just beginning. Still, we’d like to take a moment to look back on the past summer months — July and August.

We start by welcoming two new Maintenance Managers: John in Cape Town and Suijt in Delhi! Congratulations once again to both of you, and best of luck in your new roles.

We’d also like to take a special moment to recognize several colleagues who are celebrating 25 years of service at KLM — what a wonderful milestone! Here’s to the next 40 years!

A lot has also been happening at our stations:

  • In Barcelona, the team has gone fully green with the addition of four electric cars.
  • In Bangkok, our colleagues received an award for the cleanest area and successfully completed a windshield replacement.
  • In Dubai, the teams at both DXB and DWB welcomed our new customer, China Southern.

We’d also like to introduce you to Lorona, one of our colleagues active in LMI’s Safety Council. She shares her insights from the recent Risk Management course she attended in Delft. Mike, our Maintenance Manager in Lima, also shares his experiences from the CIPR training he followed in Amsterdam.

There’s more good news: the new “See it, Say it” app has been launched!

Finally, we warmly welcome the new LMI students in Amsterdam — wishing you all the best and lots of success during your training!
